KÖZGÁZ GÓLYATÁBOR
A Közgáz Gólyatábor tökéletes kezdete az egyetemi életeteknek, hiszen itt találkozhattok először a csoporttársaitokkal és többi hallgatótársatokkal. Ezen felül rengeteg szórakoztató, csapatépítő és szakmai programmal várunk titeket, amelyek során megismerhetitek egymást, a szakotokat és az egyetem működését.
Ebben az évben az esemény augusztus 21-25. között kerül megrendezésre.
A tábor helyszínét hagyományainkhoz híven titok övezi, amelyet csak az induláskor fedünk fel nektek.
Az esemény a Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem pesti és székesfehérvári campusának alapszakos, nappali tagozatos gólyáinak szól. Az eseményen való részvétel regisztrációhoz kötött, amelyet a Közgáz Gólyatábor -> Regisztráció fülön tehettek majd meg 2023. július 31. 10:00-tól.

When will the Közgáz Freshmen Camp take place in 2023?The Közgáz Freshmen's Camp in 2023 will take place between August 21 and 25.

Where will the Közgáz Freshmen Camp be held?The location of the Freshmen's Camp is still a surprise for you. The gathering point will be in front of the main entrance of Keleti Railway Station, and the location will be announced there. If you can only join the camp later, please let us know in advance during registration.

Can I leave the campsite?Generally, no. If, for some reason, you need to leave the camp, please contact your instructors and fill out a form before leaving the camp. You won't be able to return to the camp after leaving.

Will there be an opportunity to purchase food and drinks at the camp?Throughout the day and night, beverage counters operated by ÖCSI will be available on the campsite, where you can purchase both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, food cannot be purchased at the counters.

What payment methods can I use at the campsite?Both cash and credit cards are accepted at the beverage counters on the campsite.

What should I bring with me?What you should definitely bring: a photo ID, a confirmation of camp payment ("paid" ticket with a QR code), filled out and signed health declaration (2 copies), Monday's lunch and dinner, a sleeping bag or bedding, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, towels, toiletry bag, medication, cash or credit card, closed shoes and slippers, comfortable clothing, enough tobacco products for a week (if you smoke), charger, extension cord, power strip, plenty of water for the journey.

What can I NOT bring to the camp?It is forbidden to bring or keep on the territory of the Freshmen's Camp any substances, devices and objects that are prohibited by the legislation in force and that are particularly dangerous for public safety (e.g. substances classified as drugs, pyrotechnic devices, objects or devices containing explosive, toxic or inflammable substances, gas spray, lead batons, vipers, boxers, electric shocks, firearms and imitation firearms, stabbing and cutting tools), as well as alcoholic beverages subject to excise duty. Upon arrival at the camp, we may check the above listed items and refuse entry to the camp.

I left/forgot something at the camp. What can I do?If you believe you left something on the campsite, please first send a message to the official ÖCSI Facebook page or email info@bceocsi.com regarding this matter. If the item in question has been found, you can retrieve it from the ÖCSI office (Corvinus University of Budapest, Office 11, on the left corridor of the ground floor facing the Danube at the West entrance).

When will the ticket sale start for the Freshmen Camp?You will be able to purchase tickets for the 2023 Közgáz Freshmen's Camp starting from July 31st at 10:00 AM.

Where can I register and purchase my ticket?You will be able to purchase tickets for the event through the link provided on the official website of the Öntevékeny Csoportok Irodája (www.bceocsi.com/regisztracio?lang=en) or the link shared in a post on the official ÖCSI Facebook page. If you are a student from abroad, please select the ticket type "International Students" and indicate your university major later on in the registration form. Please note that initially, you will only be able to register for the event. Your spot in the camp will be secured once you transfer the camp fee to the bank account provided within the payment deadline (till 18th of August, 2023 23:59). Please include your 6-characters long Neptun-code in the payment reference so that we can identify your transfer.

I haven't received my ticket. What could be the issue?Your ticket with "Paid" status should arrive within 5 business days after the payment to the email address you provided during the registration. We are continuously working on processing registrations and sending out tickets, so please be patient. If you still haven't received your ticket, please check your SPAM folder, as it might have been mistakenly filtered there. If you can't find it there or if you realized that you provided an incorrect email address or billing information during registration, please send an email to jegyek@bceocsi.com regarding the issue.

I left the camp early. Can I get a refund?If you notified us in advance that you won't be able to attend all the days of the Közgáz Freshmen's Camp or if you canceled your participation before the camp after the transfer, you have the possibility to request a refund of the difference/the amount you paid according to the General Policy. If you do not notify us in advance of your intention to leave, unfortunately, we won't be able to refund the difference.

Tickets to my program have sold out, and I missed out on them. What can I do?If the tickets for your undergraduate program have sold out and you missed out on them, please refrain from attempting to purchase tickets for another program. Such registrations will be flagged and deleted during the verification process. Based on cancellations and registrations that were not paid on time, we may have the opportunity to open up new spots for certain programs. Therefore, the only thing you can do is patiently monitor the website. However, please note that the availability of additional spots is not guaranteed, so if you find yourself in this situation, please refrain from contacting us regarding this matter.
